Free Bully Defense Workshop

On Friday, October 23rd @ 6:00 PM The Dojo of Karate will be hosting a FREE Bully Defense Workshop at their location, 1975 W. 120th Ave. #300, Westminster, CO 80234

This is a free community event where families with kids as young as 4.5 years old can learn how to handle bullying.

"Over the past few years, bullying has been a hot topic in our local news, however, it appears that it’s something that so many families simply overlook… until it happens to their kids” says Javier Lozano, Jr, martial arts expert and owner of The Dojo of Karate.

“This is why we are offering this free bully defense workshop, so our community has an opportunity to be educated, understand how to handle bullying, and try to inspire kids and families to be proactive in bullying” says Lozano

The Dojo of Karate has partnered up with the Hyper Bully Defense team, which is a program designed to inspire a community of youth, teens, and families who are educated, empathetic and motivated to end bullying in their lives.

During this Bully Defense Workshop, kids and adults will learn about the 5 different types of bullying, and how to best deal with them.

They will also understand how to execute 6 power phrases that will keep bullies away and 4 powerful self defense techniques that will keep kids safe.

But, more importantly, kids will have FUN during this Free Bully Defense Workshop, as we will have games, a martial arts demonstration from our Hyper Pro Demonstration Team, and prizes for kids to win.

“My goal” says Lozano “is to empower our community.  To help kids and families stand up to bullying, but also to help those that need the most help.  At the end of the day, if I’m not making a difference in my community I’m not doing enough.”

The Bully Defense Workshop at The Dojo of Karate has a limited amount of space, so in order to reserve your spot, please visit: https://summitfitdojo.leadpages.co/bully-defense-workshop/

And, as a FREE gift for reserving your FREE spot, we will send you a Bully Defense Kit that will help you get started with educating your community, friends, and family about bullying.

It starts with 1 person, but, with the help of our community, we’ll be able to empower 1 million people worldwide.
