Yes, I know that you don't have 3 arms... if you did I would be VERY concerned. Anyways, I am going to show you how to perform 3 Arm Pushups with a partner. These are not easy, and it's usually best to perform them with a person of equal weight. When you're performing these pushups, make sure you have the hand that is on your partners back stable along the middle or edge of their shoulder blade. This way you'll have some balance. And, do not put a tremendous amount of weight on their back because if they do not have strong arms, more than likely they will not push you up too... :) Enjoy!
