When you enroll in our Women Self Defense Seminar
, you will learn the Level I - Empty Hand Self Defense curriculum
-- a program that has been strategically created to give you the best self defense results, with the least amount of experience. So, even if you are a beginner to martial arts and self defense, our Women Self Defense Seminar is easy to remember and simple to perform.
In addition, you will learn the importance of being aware of your surroundings, learning how to avoid an attackers best tricks, de-escalating confrontations, knowing where to strike before escaping, and escaping easily from chokes, grabs, and holds.
Who Will Be Teaching The Women Self Defense Seminar?Sensei Javier Lozano, Jr.
is a 3rd Degree Black Belt, with over 22+ years of training experience and over 19+ years of teaching knowledge, and is a former NASKA World Champion Fighter. He is also a Certified Women Self Defense Instructor and Child Safety Instructor. So it's safe to say that he has plenty of experience as a martial artist, self defense instructor, and fighting guru.
By having Sensei Lozano teach and lead all of the Women Self Defense seminars, you are guaranteed to get only the best self defense training. The Dojo of Karate believes in providing exceptional self defense instruction, especially during special seminars where someone's life may be at stake.

page and fill out the form on the right hand side of the page. From there, you'll receive an automated email with a PayPal Link.
But, keep in mind, space is limited, and we only have 20 slots available for participants. This is how we make sure we keep the quality of instruction as high as possible, by limiting the amount of people that can participate in our Women Self Defense Seminar.
