Introductory Fitness KickBoxing Program
The Dojo of Karate has put together a tremendous Introductory Program that allows you to tryout our Fitness Kickboxing classes, risk free!
You'll get to experience the 45 minutes of training on a free-standing bag, by going for 2 minute rounds while executing strikes, punches, kicks, and blocks. Using REAL self-defense techniques that can help you protect yourself and still get a great workout.
You will also do calisthenics between each round to help tone certain muscle groups, and focus on problem areas.
We than take you through a 5 minute ab exercise, and cool down with stretching.
If that's not a killer workout, than we don't know what is!
