Fighting Fit Kick Boxing & Boot Camp is our new group fitness class that is a little different than your normal aerobic and strength training classes from big box gyms.

We've actually taken the workouts from professional fighters and applied them to our fitness classes, but we left the bumps and bruises to the professionals.

During every session you will have the opportunity to burn calories and develop lean muscles with our unique strength training exercises, and than learn fundamental martial arts such as Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Self-Defense while hitting a free-standing bag.

How Our Fitness Classes Work

To be honest, we can't be specific about our workouts. It's not that we have some sort of super secret exercise or techniques we use during every training session. It's because every workout is so unique and different, that even our clients have no idea what they will be training on next.


Variety. It's the spice of life, and it's no different with fitness.

We vary our fitness boot camps / kickboxing classes so much that it's almost impossible to get bored and know exactly what we plan on doing next.

In addition, it does not allow for your muscles to plateau due to repetition.

But to give you an idea about our training sessions, we typically do strength training at the beginning of most workouts.

Sometimes you'll use resistance bands to develop certain muscle groups, other times, you'll have a medicine ball to add more weight and difficulty to exercises. Than, at times, you'll grab a kettlebell and start doing kettlebell swings, or simply train with a sandbag because it's very unorthodox.

After that, we'll take you through a few rounds of freestyle kickboxing... but not in the air. Actually, hitting a free standing bag. This way, you'll actually learn how to kick and punch correctly.

We'll take you through a few rounds of various combinations that incorporate boxing, American kickboxing, Muay Thai boxing, and self-defense.

And, 45-minutes later you'll be smiling, with your face nicely flush, and sweat dripping down your face and through your shirt... knowing that you probably trained harder than someone else at a big box gym who spent 1 1/2 hours on the elliptical.
