If you're looking to learn real self-defense that actually works, is easy to perform, while getting an amazing workout, than this is the perfect program for you.
Sessions are designed to teach executives proper self-defense skills by teaching them basic to advanced striking combinations, as well as ground defense. You will also perform fitness exercise to help lose weight, tone muscles, and trim your waist. So you can start looking like a fighter!
About Your Trainer
These fully private, 1-hour personal training sessions, will be taught by World Champion fighter and 3rd Degree Black Belt - Javier Lozano, Jr.
Javier is an expert in the Martial Arts, with over 20 years of experience, and more than 15 years of teaching. He is a certified Self-Defense Instructor and Fitness Boot Camp Instructor under Michael D. Massie and the Martial Arts School Alliance International.
Javier competed professionally in Sport Karate across the United States winning numerous Karate competitions and a World Fighting title in 2000 and a Colorado State Fighting title in 2001. He was also fortunate to train under former World Champions and Martial Arts school owners David Deaton and Wayne Tyler. These were two of the most decorated Martial Arts competitors in 1970s and 1980s and well respected by their peers in Tennessee.

When you decide to train in our Executive Self-Defense and Fitness program, you are part of an exclusive club that focuses on helping you acheive your fitness and self-defense goals.
After a few sessions, you will begin to have confidence in your skills to defend you and your family, understand how to be more aware of your surroundings, and learn how an attacker may think.
The exercises performed during your training sessions will also begin to tone your muscles, strengthing your core, burn calories, and trim your waist line.
These are all physical characteristics that professional fighters experience when they train for their next title fight.
How does Executive Self-Defense and Fitness work?
We set a free 30 minute private consultation with Head Instructor Javier Lozano, Jr. This will give you an opportunity for you to share your goals with him, and describe what you would like to gain out of your training.
Since all Executive Self-Defense and Fitness sessions are customized to the client, each class will always be different - allowing you to learn new material, or review previously taught techniques.
All private instructions are taught at our current location because we offer a state-of-the-art training facility and equipment. This ensures you get the best workout possible. However, if you prefer to have us visit you on site, these can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
What takes place during an Executive Self-Defense and Fitness session?
A normai Executive Self-Defense and Fitness session can consist of a light warm up that can include some mixed martial arts drills. This will get your blood flowing, and lubricate your joints.
We than follow it up with some punching and striking drills on focus pads or a heavy bag. This will help develop your techniques, improve your form, and increase your strength and conditioning.
From there, we will work on strength training with resistent bands, medicine balls, or body weight exercises. These exercises are designed to give your better results because they are low impact exercises that will not stress your joints. Plus, many professional athletes strictly use this type of training.
Than we take you into invertal cardio training where you will increase your heart rate for a certain duration. This will also assist you in burning more calories 24-36 hours after your workout and improve your overall conditioning.
Finally, we cool you down with some light stretching.
In addition to the physical training you will be performing, all Executive Self-Defense and Fitness clients will follow a nutritional guide, designed to help them burn even more calories. By following this new diet, you begin to see faster results and create a better eating habits.
Recommendations
In order to gain the full benefits of Executive Self-Defense and Fitness, we recommend you schedule at least 2 sessions per week. This will allow you to stay on track with your personal goals, as well as keep you sharp with the Self-Defense techniques taught.
We also suggest you join a gym, or perform other exercises and workouts throughout the week. The Dojo of Karate has several fitness programs that can assist with this.

We want to make sure the training you receive from Master Instructor Javier Lozano, Jr. is the best. Therefore, we will let you try out 1 session for free, after we do a 30 minute consultation. This will give you an opportunity to determine if our program will be a fit.
And, depending on what your schedule is like, we offer packages that can help you achieve your fitness and self-defense goals.
