What Exercises Does Summit Fit Dojo Use?

That’s such a loaded question, we tend to never answer it.


Well, every workout we perform is unique and different in itself. Meaning, you’ll more then likely never perform the same exercise twice.

Summit Fit Dojo is known to train their clients with the following:

  • Fitness Kickboxing
  • Kettlebells
  • Medicine Balls
  • Resistance Bands
  • Body Weight Training
  • Sand Bags
  • Dumb Bells
  • Interval Training
  • Metabolic Conditioning (cardio)
  • And many more!

Now, how we combine them is completely different too.  There are classes where you will only do Fitness Kick Boxing, whiles others will involve a various amount of weights and combine with Kickboxing on the heavy bags.

This type of training is known as muscle confusion and so we join them with functional body movements (ways your body is designed to move, according to your structure).

Will I REALLY Lose Up To 10 lbs In 30 Days?

On average, all of our clients lose 5-10 pounds and / or 1 pant size/dress size in their first 30 days.  Now, some clients may lose more, but it’s all dependent on your commitment.
