Fitness Boot Camp FAQ
So here are some FAQ from many people.
- When Are Your Classes? Checkout our schedule page and look for the “Fighting Fit Boot Camp” time slots. We also have Saturday morning classes at 9:00AM.
- Do I Need To Be In Shape Before Joining? No. Our boot camp is designed to help you get in shape. Plus, we can tailor an exercise for you depending on your abilities. So don’t worry, we work with clients needing to loose 30 pounds or simply get in shape for an upcoming race.
- Will I Get Hit? While we do fitness kickboxing during various sessions on free standing heavy bags, you will not get hit. Kickboxing is just way cooler on a bag then on a person!
- Do I Need Boxing Equipment? The only thing you’ll need are boxing or MMA gloves to protect yourself while training on the heavy bags. You can purchase them at our training facility, or simply go to a sporting goods store.

What Should I Bring? Well, make sure you have water, for one. This is a boot camp. You will sweat. Also, make sure you have a good pair of running / cross training shoes. You never know when we will go outside. Also bring a towel to keep yourself dry. Again, this is a boot camp… you’ll sweat
- How Much Are Your Boot Camps? Keep in mind, we offer small group fitness training. You get more value out of our program this way. So, we are a bit more than a “big-box gym” yet less expensive than a personal trainer. Checkout our 2 FREE weeks of fitness boot camp training so you get an idea of how awesome our program really is.
- How Do I Get Access To Your Nutrition Guides? Easy… Enroll in one of our fitness boot camp programs and you’ll get the super easy to follow and basic nutrition and/or our advanced nutrition.
Living Social Boot Camp Questions
We ask that you schedule all 6 of your classes before coming in. Think of it this way. How would you feel if there were 50 people in your session? Exactly. If you contact us before hand, then we can make sure we have enough space for you to train.
