What Is The Breast Cancer Boot Camp?
Certified Personal Trainer and Martial Arts expert, Javier Lozano, Jr. owns and operates The Dojo of Karate & Fitness in Westminster, CO. He runs a success school of over 100 active members.
Last year, he held a small, women’s self-defense seminar to help raise money for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, and had a great turnout.
However, he wants to expand this to a larger scale…
Since studies have shown that nearly 40,000 women die per year because of breast cancer, and that regular fitness and proper, healtly diets can help prevent breast cancer — he decided to host the 1st Annual Breast Cancer Boot Camp for residents in Broomfield, Westminster, Thornton, and Erie, Colorado.
When you participate in the Breast Cancer Boot Camp, you will train with some of the most unique and latest exercise tools, used by celebraties, professional athletes, and personal trainers because they are designed to give clients immediate results.
You will learn how to use Kettlebells, train with resistant bands, exercise with sandbags, and toss medicine balls, all while building strength and endurance… at the same time.
This equipment is used during all of their Fitness Boot Camp classes.
